About the project
The refurbishment and modernization of the existing Poljana hospitality venue is carried out in dark tones, with wood stained in deep brown to harmonize with the large existing roof structure. Owing to its scale, the roof is strongly present within the interior and therefore requires the remaining new elements to be carefully adapted to it.

The wall cladding follows the lines and heights of the existing elements within the space, thereby unifying the interior into a coherent whole. At the same time, the arrangement of different seating groups — tables, booths, and counters — introduces dynamism and creates a pleasant, intimate atmosphere despite the overall scale of the space.
