About the project
The building, already constructed to the shell-and-core stage, was redesigned to provide the apartments with additional outdoor spaces, enlarge the exterior openings, and reorganize the layouts as effectively as possible given the considerable depth of the existing structure.

The space between the two buildings, above the garage, is designed as a green roof with extensive planting. The loggias are spacious and clad in timber, while the roof of the lower building is arranged as a shared garden.
