About the project
The building has a floor plan composed of two mutually shifted L-shaped volumes connected by a central staircase, arranged so that each section is accessed from a split level. This configuration enabled maximum utilization of the permitted floor area on the site. The staircase is open, and the apartments are entered from an atrium, allowing for natural ventilation of the service areas within the units.

With its living areas, the building opens fully toward its surroundings, articulated through continuous loggias and balconies that at the same time provide sufficient privacy for the enclosed parts of the apartments.
