About the project
An apartment inherited from a grandmother was to be transformed into two comfortable units with a shared entrance area. The generous ceiling height was utilized to create split-level spaces, with the bathrooms designed as enclosed volumes topped by sleeping areas. Parts of the original stone wall were also retained and incorporated into the interior, where they become a visible and expressive element of the space.

A distinctive feature of the interior is the bathtub overlooking the Zadar peninsula — an unusual piece of furniture, yet surprisingly well integrated into the overall narrative of the space.
