About the project
On an irregular, triangular site sloping in two directions, three longitudinal volumes are positioned so that their entrance areas are grouped on one side of the plot, while on the opposite side they open toward the slope, which offers exceptional views over Zagreb.

Through the form and placement of the buildings on the irregular terrain, a cohesive and orderly composition is achieved, while maintaining sufficient distance between the volumes to preserve unobstructed views and optimal southern orientation.
The color palette consists of a neutral grey-green tone, combined with exposed concrete and dark brown timber. These subdued hues and natural materials allow the buildings to blend into their surroundings, despite their scale.
