About the project
The mixed-use building makes full use of the existing site; however, as it is located at the edge of the building zone with beautiful views over the valley, it is articulated through outdoor spaces, loggias, and balconies that continuously frame the façade and connect the interior of the apartments with the surrounding greenery.

On the upper floors, solid wall surfaces alternate with large glazed areas. This regular composition along the relatively elongated building is further animated by the alternation of solid and perforated railings, as well as by narrower balconies and deeper loggias arranged in an irregular rhythm.
