The task was to renovate the neglected flat in the heart of Split, on Matejuška, but on the same time to create it as a partly public and partly private. The space was divided in two: the public office space in the front of the building, and private apartment for temporary stay at the back of the building. For security reason, the long balcony on the inner patio is turn into an airy wooden box, which can be open just partially but provide enough light.
